Robin Murdoch is an American journalist who currently works as an American reporter, writer and editor for Detroit-based FOX2 since joining the station in 2009. Before coming to Detroit, she was a reporter in Michigan. She also served as a reporter for WTXF-TV based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
After high school, she continued her education at Emerson College. She later attended university and studied mass communication, and graduated in 1997. Her career began in Alpena, Michigan. She also worked in Cadillac and Knoxville, Tennessee, before moving to Detroit.
She currently works for Fox 2 News and has been on the channel since 2009. Furthermore, she really loves what she does as a journalist and feels very happy to wake up with her viewers every morning. According to her, no day is the same and that’s what makes her wake up early with ease. You can find her standing along an icy Metro Detroit freeway as she recounts a scene of a deadly gunfight live.
