Rosemary Orozco is an Emmy-winning American meteorologist and journalistic personality, currently working as a meteorologist at KTVU Fox 2 News in Oakland, California. She started working for broadcasters in January 2011. Orozco’s first choice was law, but her interest in news led her to pursue a career in broadcast journalism, after which she went on to study meteorology. Rosemary worked as a meteorologist at FOX 4O News in Sacramento before joining KTVU.
Orozco began his legal career as a paralegal after enrolling in law school. However, her interest in current affairs led her to drop out of law school and pursue a degree in broadcast journalism at San Francisco State Universitywhich she completed in 1998. She later returned to Mississippi State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in atmospheric science and meteorology.
Rosemary is an Emmy-winning television personality who works as a meteorologist for KTVU, the sixth largest news organization in the country. Every Saturday morning, she can be found on KTVU Mornings 2 from 7am to 10am. Furthermore, from January 2008 to January 2011, she worked as a meteorologist for FOX 4O News.
Rosemary also worked for the California State Lottery as an announcer for SuperLotto Plus from June 2009 to December 2010.
