Samantha Gannon is an American journalist who currently works as a Sportscaster for KDFW FOX4 in Dallas. Her role is to act as a sports anchor and reporter in major sports markets. She grew up watching Cowboys games in the early 1990s. Despite the fact that she is not a fan of the Patriots, her loyalty to Boston remains steadfast with the Celtics, Red Sox and Bruins.
After dropping out of swimming at the University of Connecticut, Gannon had a void that needed to be filled, and so he decided to go into journalism. After graduating, her first air break came in 2011 when she moved to Lake Charles. LA will be the weekend sports anchor at KPLC. Her experience here was excellent and transformative.
She later moved to OKC where she spent six years working as a weekend sports anchor and reporter at KOKH-TV FOX25. Covering two major D1 programs in Oklahoma and Oklahoma State was amazing. Through it all, OKC had become a second home for him, but she knew it was time for new ventures. Gannon has always wanted to cover the NFL and now she gets to do that with the Cowboys.
