Theo attended the University of Missouri in Columbia, where he received a dual degree in a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a major in Business. Between 2011 and 2013, Theo worked at WISC-TV in Madison, where he followed the historic 2012 recall of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker and Ryan’s run for vice president that same year.
After two years, he joined WAVE 3 News in Louisville, Kentucky, where he served as a political reporter. On the station, Keith got another chance to cover national politics as he covered US Senator Mitch McConnell’s rise to majority leader. In Louisville, Theo investigated corruption in local governments, leading to several changes, and launched a one-man State Capitol office during legislative sessions.
