Tim Blotz is a four-time Emmy Award-winning American journalist who serves as an anchor for FOX 9 KMSP-TV. He currently anchors and reports for the first prime time news from 6:30pm to 8pm on FOX 9 and FOX 9+. He joined the station in January 2004.
Blotz started the first transportation story on Twin Cities during his 15 years at Fox 9. In recent years, he has covered the State Capitol leading Fox 9’s political coverage. Blotz attended and graduated from American University with a degree in Political Science. She also participated in University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and communication.
