Zack earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Washington State University Edward R. Murrow School of Journalism in 2014 and has since worked as a reporter in Montana, Arizona and Arkansas before settling in San Antonio.
After graduation, he began his career as a multimedia journalist for TV News in Helena, Montana, where he covered the 2014 Montana State Legislature, local education, city administration, and breaking news.
He worked as a one-man band and general reporter in Little Rock, Arkansas, before moving to the city of Alamo. Zack also contributed to coverage of the unprecedented 2019 floods along the Arkansas River, which wreaked havoc on homes, vegetation and businesses.
