AJ Colby is an American meteorologist who currently works as a meteorologist at FOX8 in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. Colby grew up on the legendary “Snowbelt” and knew from a very young age that he wanted to become a meteorologist. He had an incredible opportunity to start his career as a television meteorologist when he was just 16 years old at WSEE-TV in Erie, the local affiliate of CBS.
After his training, he attended The Ohio State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in “Arts and Sciences. After graduating, he landed his first full-time job at WICU-TV in Erie, Pennsylvania, the local affiliate of NBC.
He later began working full-time in Cleveland and is now honored to serve as the weatherman for the WJW FOX 8 team in the spring of 2000. His hiring here was an incredible and in many ways unprecedented opportunity for a 19 years old. old college student.
