Chris Gloninger biography
Chris Gloninger is an American meteorologist who is NBC’s current universal meteorologist and joined NBC10 in June 2016. Gloninger received a bachelor’s degree in meteorology from “Plymouth State University”.
While in college, he worked in two internships – one with the National Weather Service in New York and then with the WABC in New York. He also worked at WISN, where he won an Emmy and several “Wisconsin Broadcasters Association Awards” for his coverage of winter storms.
After graduating, his career began at WHEC and he also taught Introduction to Meteorology at Monroe Community College. He joins NECN from WISN ABC 12 in Milwaukee, where he is a meteorologist and weekend night reporter.
Despite his fame, he does not appear on Wikipedia, but may soon be featured. During his free time, he loves to travel or do anything outdoors.
