Claire Kreuz is an American journalist currently working as a reporter for KLRT FOX 16 News. She joined the station in November 2019. Prior to coming to Arkansas, Kreuz worked as a multimedia journalist for CBS and NBC affiliates KTAB and KRBC in Abilene, Texas.
While in Abilene, Claire covered stories ranging from major fires to high-profile crime, as well as the May 2019 tornado. Claire’s notable moment was rappelling a 20-story building.
Kreuz was born in Midland, Texas and moved to Boerne, Texas at age 9. She joined the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for two years, playing First Division college volleyball. She later transferred to Texas State University and played another year of volleyball before dropping out to focus on graduation and pursuing her career.
