Doug Heady is an American meteorologist who currently works at FOX 14 News, KOAM-TV, in Kansas as chief meteorologist. Heady joined the KOAM weather team in 2002.
Previously, before joining KOAM, Dou served as a morning weather anchor for KSHB. He received his seal of approval from the American Meteorological Society at age 24, making him the youngest person ever certified. In addition, Heady is also certified by the National Weather Association.
After Doug graduated from high school, he later joined University of Kansas and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology. During his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.
