Biography of Frank Marzullo
Frank Marzullo is an American meteorologist with AMS seal who currently serves as the lead meteorologist at WXIX-TV FOX 19, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. He can be seen in action on Fox 19’s Morning News from 4:30 am to 11:00 am. He is also working with another experienced meteorologist named Catherine Bodak.
Marzullo has a degree in Youngstown State University. He also completed a course in meteorology in Mississippi State University. While in college, he also worked behind the lens at stations in Huntington, West Virginia, and Cleveland.
Frank’s first broadcasting job in his meteorological career was at WTAP-TV in Parkersburg, West Virginia. He was juggling work with his courses at Ohio University. A year later, Frank spent seven years as a meteorologist at WFMJ-TV 21. But finally, before moving to Cincinnati, he made his final appearance on the airwaves at WFMJ.
In 2007, Frank joined FOX 19 in Cincinnati. He has worked side by side with Rob Williams and Sheila Gray ever since. Sheila Gray, however, left the station for greener pastures in 2013. Marzullo was also set to be the station’s longest-tenured morning meteorologist.
Additionally, he also anchors Morning Xtra where, after Rob Williams moved to another location, he is also considered the longest-serving member of the morning newscast. In the spring of 2016, Williams moved to the evening anchor position. Marzullo used to work on the airwaves of WFMJ as a correspondent before moving to Cincinnati in August 2007.
