Gayle Anderson is an American reporter, producer, writer and anchor who works for KTLA 5 News in Los Angeles. She has been reporting for KTLA Morning News since 1993. Prior to KTLA, Anderson was a correspondent for Tribune Entertainment and producer of “Now It Can Be Told”, an investigative news program.
She was a TV reporter for KPRC-“Troubleshooter” and anchor of “Nearly Noon” in Houston before “Now”. Anderson worked as a reporter and weekend anchor at WCIX-TV in Miami from 1984 to 1986. For a variety of influential radio networks, including ABC and NBC in New York, and the National Black Network, she also worked. At radio and TV stations KTNH WDRC-AM, WKND-AM and WWCO-AM, Anderson has held positions as a reporter and anchor in Connecticut.
