Bilo attended and graduated Penna State University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and international business. Furthermore, she earned a bachelor’s degree in geosciences from Mississippi State University.
Most notably, she started her career as a meteorologist in college where she used to work for AccuWeather to manage the college fee.
