Subha Nagalakshmi Munchetty-Chendriah, also known as Naga Munchetty, is a British television presenter, broadcaster and journalist. Naga is currently working as a presenter on BBC Breakfast. Previously, she worked as a presenter for BBC World News and BBC Two’s weekday financial affairs programme, Working Lunch.

Munchetty was born and raised in Streatham, London, England. She attended Graveney School in Tooting before attending the University of Leeds where she majored in English. She then completed an MA in Newspaper Journalism, which led to her first job writing for the city pages of The Evening Standard and The Observer. Naga began her journalism career as a reporter for Reuters Financial Television, then moved to CNBC in Europe as a senior producer.
