Raphael Miranda is an Emmy-winning weatherman who currently works at NBC 4 News, WNBC Incorporated in New York as a weatherman for Weekend Today in New York, a primary fill weatherman for the weekly news, and the host of Saturday Today at Megaphone Interactive.
