Ross Hull is a Canadian meteorologist who currently works as a multi-market meteorologist for Global News. In addition to being a meteorologist, he is also an actor and television personality who is well known for his role as Chris Sheppard on the Canadian sitcom Student Bodies and as Gray on Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Talking about his education, he attended Mississippi State University where he was in a meteorology program. After finishing the program, he attended Ryerson University in Toronto, where he majored in Radio and Television Arts. After graduating in 2005, he became a weather personality on The Weather Network in Canada.
In 2007, he became a temporary Vancouver-area reporter. Hull left The Weather Network on December 15, 2008, for a position at Citytv Calgary, where he would become a reporter. In September 2010, he became the weather anchor for A London in London, Ontario. While there, he predicted the weather for London and all of southwestern Ontario.
After a short stint, he became a weather anchor for CTV Kitchener in June 2011. Later, in early 2013, he appeared as a weather anchor for CBC Ottawa and CBS News Network. As of 2022, he is a multi-market meteorologist for Global News. He works in Toronto but produces forecasts for Toronto, Montreal, Halifax and New Brunswick during the week.
