Biography of Trisha Hendricks
Trisha Hendricks is an American multi-professional reporter/journalist currently working for 12 News. She joined the network in 2009. She was born and raised in Tempe, Arizona.
Trisha joined the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in Arizona State University, where she graduated with a major in broadcast journalism and a major in communications. While in college, she interned at three Phoenix television stations and volunteered her time working on the air for a non-profit radio station for the blind.
Hendricks began his reporting career in Northwest Montana in 2006 at KPAX-TV. She worked in Kalispell’s office and covered the Flathead Valley. Likewise, in 2007, she was promoted to the main station in Missoula to anchor the weekend shows and also to report during the week.
Furthermore, after two years, she was hired by 12 News in Phoenix as a journalist/planner/multimedia producer and traffic anchor. At that time, Trisha covered a wide range of stories, including the biggest wildfire in Arizona state history – the Wallow Fire in eastern Arizona, as well as the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson. She currently works as a reporter/multimedia journalist for 12 News.

Hendricks was also promoted to cover Northern Arizona as a general reporter and multimedia journalist in the fall of 2011. After working for two years in the Flagstaff office, Trisha was promoted to report for Main Station 12 News in Phoenix, where she has recently parked state.
Furthermore, in her career, her work contributed to winning multiple Emmys for 12 News. Likewise, she was also nominated for an Emmy for her production, editing, filming and reporting work on her Explore Arizona series.
