Stacia Willson is an American meteorologist currently working at KENS 5 based in San Antonio, Texas, United States. Prior to joining KENS5 in November 2007, she started her career at KVHP based in Lake Charles, Los Angeles.
Willson attended a local high school and later continued his education at The University of Texas at Austin. She graduated with honors. She then joined Mississippi State University in 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Meteorology in 2017.
After her graduation, she started her career at KVHP based in Lake Charles, Los Angeles. While there, she related stories across the state, such as the capture of the southern Louisiana serial killer and the plight of the Nutria rats. Stacia also served on KLBK 13, based in Lubbock, Texas, as a lead crime reporter in 2014.
Prior to joining KENS 5, she worked at the New Orleans-based WWL as a reporter and meteorologist. However, she left the station and joined KENS 5 in 2007. Since then, she has worked here as a meteorologist for Eyewitness News at noon and also provides traffic and weather reports on the afternoon news.
